Plivero support

Plivero plays your own authorized HTTPS source on Apple TV and Android / Google TV. No channels, playlist subscription, provider account or content rights are included. The product is currently in development; store availability will be linked here after release.

Connect your source

  1. Choose Add Source.
  2. Select M3U URL or Provider Login. Enter a source name and the details supplied by your authorized provider.
  3. Use an HTTPS XMLTV guide URL if your source has one. The guide is optional for live playback.
  4. Validate and connect. Focus alone never starts a stream; press the remote's select button to watch.

HTTP, local/private network sources, portal MAC/STB emulation and general DRM-provider integrations are outside the supported profile. A provider must support HTTPS throughout its media chain. A compatible HLS or MP4 codec is required; 4K, HDR and advanced audio depend on source and device and are not universal promises.

If a source fails

Check its HTTPS address and provider credentials. Authentication, rate limiting, invalid data and connection failures are different conditions. The app preserves the last good catalog after a failed refresh. A missing guide does not prevent a channel from playing. Plivero cannot supply replacement content or repair an expired provider subscription.

Remote and playback

Use directional keys and Select to navigate. Back closes the current panel or returns to its caller. System volume buttons keep their normal behavior. Audio and subtitles use the native player controls. Live DVR, recording, multiview and downloads are not included. Resuming a paused live stream returns to the live edge.

Purchases and local data

The software is planned as one paid download per store. Apple and Google purchases are separate. Redownload through the same store account; doing so does not restore a provider password or a cloud playlist backup. Source deletion, history clearing and full reset are separate actions in Settings.
